A series of four classes tasting different kinds of chocolate from around the world designed to educate guests about the art of crafting fine chocolate and indulging the palate. We will be discussing terroir, bean varietals, and more during the tastings.
Each class will feature 10 samples carefully chosen to illustrate the evening's theme. Samples will not be repeated so if you attend all 4 classes you will taste 40 DIFFERENT bars of chocolate. All classes will be led by the founder of Chocolate Monkey, Dr. Jessica Henderson, whose knowledge of and passion for chocolate make each event a unique, memorable experience.
